Limsa is particularly well known for its Ron Amazona – a rum crafted according to a traditional family recipe. Its base is high-quality Caribbean sugarcane spirit, which gains its distinctive Mallorcan character through the addition of sun-ripened local fruits. Equally popular is Limsa’s Hierbas, a herbal liqueur made from a variety of regional plants and Mediterranean herbs. With an annual production of around 300,000 liters, it is the distillery’s most sought-after product.
