Conde de SUYROT
Bodega Conde de Suyrot – Winemaking Between Sea and Mountains
Founded in 2006, Bodega Conde de Suyrot is nestled between the Serra de Llevant and the Bay of Alcúdia, not far from the sea. In Colònia de Sant Pere, the winery manages around 9 hectares of vineyards, producing approximately 35,000 to 50,000 bottles annually. The handcrafted white, rosé, and red wines embody the elegance, quality, and distinctive character of Mallorca—shaped by the winery’s proximity to the coast and the unique landscape of the island’s northeast.
Bodega Conde de Suyrot – Six Wines, Six Personalities
The Conde de Suyrot range showcases a fascinating diversity: the fragrant Moscatel is perfect as an aperitif, while the red wine Es Mussol impresses with its depth and complexity. The fruit-forward rosé Es Cap Roig is widely loved, and the natural wine Nal captivates with clarity, balance, and a pure expression. Each of these wines bears a distinctive signature—like six siblings, each with its own soul—blending traditional winemaking craftsmanship with a contemporary interpretation of Mallorca’s unique terroir.
Conde de Suyrot – On the Way to Official Organic Certification
The Conde de Suyrot winery follows a holistic approach with sustainable viticulture at its core. The vineyards are fully managed organically—without chemical fertilizers and with traditional soil care, including grazing sheep that naturally provide fertilization and aerate the soil.
The winery is also entirely energy self-sufficient, sourcing all electricity from solar power. Water management is equally thoughtful: vines are only irrigated during their first year to establish roots, after which they rely solely on the natural resources of the soil.
Currently, Bodega Conde de Suyrot is in the process of obtaining official organic certification — a consistent step that underscores the winery’s commitment to sustainability.
