Cabraboc stands for characterful spirits deeply rooted in the landscape and culture of Sóller. Since 2012, the Capó family has been creating spirits such as Cabraboc Gin and Mallorcan Hierbas, inspired by the surrounding mountain scenery and Mallorca’s natural diversity, which is reflected in every creation.

While conventional London Dry gins often rely on dried ingredients, the German-Mallorcan Bucher-Capó family takes a far more elaborate approach: every single ingredient is processed exclusively at its optimal seasonal peak. The moment a botanical reaches its maximum aromatic expression, it is distilled — and this precise timing gives the gin its distinctive, vibrant depth of flavor.
The high quality standards are also evident in the production process. Particularly delicate botanicals are distilled using a gentle steam distillation method, preserving their full aromatic complexity. Sustainability plays a key role as well: every fruit used is processed in its entirety, often in collaboration with local workshops, ensuring resources are handled thoughtfully and responsibly.
