Bodega AVA Vins – Exclusive Wines from the Heart of Mallorca
Located in the picturesque village of Biniali, between the renowned Binissalem wine region and the central heart of Mallorca, Bodega AVA Vins has stood for craftsmanship, authentic flavors, and high-quality Mallorca wines since its founding in 2008. The winery produces its wines in small, carefully controlled batches.
Crafted Masterpieces: Red, Rosé, and White Wines from AVA Vins
On seven hectares of vineyards, the team cultivates expressive red, rosé, and white wines, bottled under the designation Vi de la Terra Mallorca. Organic cultivation, meticulous handwork, and a strong focus on quality shape every step of the winemaking process. AVA Vins harmoniously combines native grape varieties such as Manto Negro, Prensal Blanc, Giro Ros, and Malvasía with international varieties like Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
AVA Vins: Small Winery, Big Character
With an annual production of around 50,000 bottles, AVA Vins is one of the smaller yet particularly exclusive wineries on Mallorca. Its portfolio ranges from fresh, fruit-forward wines to complex, age-worthy blends, highly regarded not only in the island’s fine dining establishments but also for their distinctive character, balance, and expressive quality.
The winery follows a holistic approach: each bottle benefits from limited production, organic cultivation, and state-of-the-art solar technology for environmentally friendly energy use. The red wines are aged between 8 and 13 months in French and American oak barrels, allowing their depth and complexity to develop fully.
