Binigrau

Bodega Binigrau – Mallorcan Wine Tradition with a Modern Touch

Located in the picturesque village of Biniali, in the heart of the renowned Es Raiguer wine region, Bodega Binigrau combines over 160 years of winemaking tradition with contemporary viticulture. The roots of the Batle family date back to the 19th century, but in 2002, brothers Miquel and Matías Batle decided to realize their own vision and founded Bodega Binigrau. Since then, the winery has been producing exclusive wines that honor Mallorcan tradition while meeting modern standards.

Binigrau – Artisan Excellence from the Heart of Mallorca’s Wine Region

Binigrau follows biodynamic principles and focuses on native grape varieties such as Callet, Manto-Negro, and Prensal-Blanc, complemented by international classics like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Chardonnay. The red wines mature for 12 to 16 months in French and American oak barrels, while the state-of-the-art winery, equipped with temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allows precise control over fermentation and aging. The result is wines of international caliber, where tradition, care, and modern winemaking passion are evident in every glass.
