Ànima Negra – Premium wines with the soul of Mallorca

Bodega Ànima Negra is now regarded as one of the most important flagships of Mallorca’s wine world. Founded in 1994 in Felanitx, in the heart of the Pla i Llevant wine-growing region, the winery has been producing distinctive, character-driven wines that consistently focus on authenticity and individuality. With its unmistakable style, Ànima Negra has earned a reputation far beyond the island, bottling its collections under the designation Vi de la Terra Mallorca.

Ànima Negra – Where Tradition and Innovation Meet

Across a total of 33 hectares of estate-owned vineyards, complemented by a further 120 hectares cultivated in close collaboration with local winegrowers, wines are created that reflect the full depth and character of Mallorca’s terroir. The focus is on sustainable viticulture, meticulous handwork and deliberately low yields, ensuring expressive red, rosé and white wines with a clear and authentic identity. Traditional methods, such as masonry fermentation tanks, are combined with modern cellar technology, resulting in wines that enjoy international recognition.

AN/2 – The Iconic Red Wine that Represents Mallorca Worldwide

The winery rose to international fame above all through AN/2, a red wine that has won the hearts of discerning wine lovers around the globe. Today, the range extends from fresh, aromatic white wines to finely structured rosés and profound red wines, aged for up to one and a half years in French and American oak barrels. Indigenous grape varieties such as Callet, Manto Negro and Fogoneu form the foundation of the distinctive Ànima Negra style.

Through its commitment to sustainable winegrowing, its dedication to native Mallorcan grape varieties and its uncompromising philosophy of quality, Bodega Ànima Negra has established itself as one of the most important ambassadors of Mallorcan wines — both on the island and around the world.
