Prepared according to an old traditional method, in which maceration takes place with carefully selected plants from Mallorca. Unlike other vermouth drinks, the Vermuteria La Rosa produces the delicious vermouth from local products originating from the fields of Mallorca. 5 Pétals Vermouth is made from the indigenous Mallorcan grape variety “Manto-Negro,” a young, local red wine, to which a botanical infusion also from the region is added. Lemon balm, elderflower, cardamom, orange and lemon peels, and rosemary refine this extraordinary vermouth.
Vermouth is a drink that can be enjoyed at any time of day. It is a flavored wine made with spices and herbs such as wormwood and angelica root. To preserve the aperitif, sugar is also added to the drink, giving it not only a slightly bitter and tart taste but also a sweetish aftertaste. Unlike many other vermouth wines, 5 Petals uses only 95 grams of sugar instead of 130 grams per liter, because the base is the indigenous grape variety Manto-Negro, which is somewhat sweet on its own.

Palate: Taste very balanced and tasty, in perfect harmony of acidity, sweetness, and alcohol.
