Bodega AVA Vins – Unique Wines from the Heart of Mallorca
In the charming village of Biniali, between the Binissalem wine region and the heart of Mallorca, lies Bodega AVA Vins. Since its founding in 2008, the winery has stood for artisanal quality, authenticity, and exclusive Mallorca wines produced in small batches.
On seven hectares of vineyards, characterful red, rosé, and white wines are grown and bottled under the Vi de la Terra Mallorca designation. The vineyards are cultivated entirely organically, with meticulous handwork and a strong focus on quality. The team combines native varieties such as Manto Negro, Prensal Blanc, Giro Ros, and Malvasía with international grapes like Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
A Small Winery Setting New Standards
With an annual production of around 50,000 bottles, Bodega AVA Vins is one of the smaller yet highly exclusive producers on Mallorca. Its portfolio includes fresh, fruit-forward wines as well as complex, age-worthy blends, highly regarded in the island’s fine dining scene for their expression, balance, and unique character.
The winery follows a holistic approach:
- Limited production to ensure the highest quality
- Organic viticulture and state-of-the-art solar technology for environmentally friendly energy use
- Use of native grape varieties such as Manto Negro, Prensal Blanc, Giro Ros, and Malvasía de Banyalbufar
- Red wines aged 8–13 months in French and American oak barrels

The AVA Selecció Blanc 2023 is a distinctive Mediterranean white wine from Mallorca, bright and clear with yellow-green hues in the glass. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas with delicate hints of vanilla, which harmoniously combine with freshness and body on the palate.
The blend of 40% Giro Ros, 40% Malvasia de Banyalbufar, and 20% other local grape varieties gives the wine a unique profile. Aged for eight months in French oak, it is ideal for white wine enthusiasts who appreciate depth, character, and personality.
