While many classic London Dry Gins rely on dried botanicals, the German-Mallorcan Bucher-Capó family takes a different approach: each botanical is distilled exactly when it reaches its perfect ripeness. The Spirits of Cabraboc

The Cabraboc distillery stands for exclusive spirits and is one of the top producers on Mallorca.

Gin:

  • Cabraboc Gin: The base of this gin is a fine wine distillate, enhanced with traditional botanicals such as fennel, orange and lemon tree leaves, and other aromatic herbs.

  • Cabraboc Gin Mandarina: This gin impresses with its intense fruitiness, featuring double mandarin, harmoniously combined with high-quality wine distillates and herbal extracts.

  • Cabraboc Dry Gin Orange: An exclusive gin distilled from juniper and the highest quality citrus fruits, refined with seasonal fruits. It combines the intense juniper aroma with the harmonious sweet-sour notes of citrus.

Cabraboc Gin Mandarina – “The Fruity One”

Cabraboc Mandarin Gin is an exceptionally intense and fruity gin dedicated to the mandarin and its spectacular aroma. Inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle of Mallorca, it combines carefully selected botanicals with the vibrant freshness of sun-ripened mandarins from Sóller. Its distinctive character comes from the double use of mandarin: it is both distilled and macerated with fresh mandarins. Grapefruit and lime complement the fruity profile, adding refreshing citrus notes and creating a beautifully balanced flavour. The individual botanicals are distilled separately and then carefully blended to create a unique composition. The final touch comes from fresh mandarin peels, which give the gin not only its intense mandarin aroma but also its distinctive colour. The botanicals include mandarin, grapefruit and lime. The result is an exceptionally fruity, intense and refreshing gin that brings the sunny atmosphere and vibrant aromas of the Mediterranean to life in every sip.

Cabraboc Gin – “The Exceptional”

CABRABOC is an exceptional gin inspired by the traditional Mallorcan Hierbas. Its base is a fine wine distillate, harmoniously combined with the classic botanicals of Hierbas. Fennel takes center stage, accompanied by orange and lemon tree leaves, as well as other herbs and aromatic plants that give the gin its distinctive character. The result is an exceptionally smooth gin with subtle sweetness, anise, and fresh citrus notes.

The botanicals used include fennel, lemon verbena, citrus fruits, rosemary, and chamomile. Combined with carefully selected wine distillates and herbal extracts, this gin captures the spirit of the Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca and the aroma of the wild mountain goats.
