The Cabraboc distillery in Sóller, Mallorca, stands for high-quality spirits that capture the unmistakable spirit of the Serra de Tramuntana. Since 2012, under the guidance of the Capó family, exclusive products have been created here, including Cabraboc Gin and the fine Hierbas, which reflect the essence of the island.

While many classic London Dry Gins rely on dried botanicals, the German-Mallorcan Bucher-Capó family takes a different approach: each botanical is distilled exactly when it reaches its perfect ripeness. Herbes de Mallorca is a traditional herbal digestif. Based on anise, carefully selected rosemary, fennel, chamomile, lemon balm, verbena, and leaves from orange and lemon trees are macerated. The result is Cabraboc Herbes de Mallorca, a Hierbas with an especially fresh and distinctive character – a truly unique herbal liqueur.
