In the picturesque town of Petra, in the heart of the renowned Pla i Llevant wine region, lies the historic Bodega Miquel Oliver. Since its founding in 1912, this family-run winery has represented a new generation of Mallorca wines, combining quality, character, and authenticity. The winery is known for its sustainable, certified organic practices, as well as its elegant red, white, and rosé wines, all bottled under the DOP Pla i Llevant designation.
Pilar Oliver combines traditional Mallorcan winemaking techniques with modern oenology and creative finesse – a combination that has made Bodega Miquel Oliver one of the leading producers of quality wine in Mallorca.
From Table Wine to International Excellence
On a 22-hectare vineyard, the vines are cultivated organically and tended with meticulous handwork. Yields are deliberately kept low to produce wines with maximum expression and unmistakable character. State-of-the-art winery technology allows for precise vinification. The result is an exclusive range of wines that impress with freshness, balance, moderate alcohol levels, and remarkable depth.
Approximately 150,000 bottles are produced annually in small, carefully limited batches. The portfolio ranges from fresh white wines to Mediterranean rosés and complex reds. Each wine reflects the unique character of the terroir and bears the personal touch of winemaker Pilar Oliver and her husband Jaume Olivella.
The winery focuses on sustainable cultivation and innovative production methods:

The Son Caló Blanc 2024 presents a pale yellow color with subtle greenish reflections. Son Caló Negre – “The Powerful”
The Son Caló Negre shows a deep cherry red color with intense nuances. On the nose, expressive aromas of blackberries and ripe cherries immediately capture attention. On the palate, the wine reveals a fleshy, fruity structure with a slightly wild character. Highly aromatic and long-lasting, it impresses with its fine structure and vibrant presence. The blend of Callet and Fogoneu embodies the essence of exclusive Mallorcan red wines.
