Der Mallorquiner Tinto: 70 % Manto-Negro, 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon
White Wines:
Der Mallorquiner Bici Blanc: Prensal Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasía
Der Mallorquiner Blanco: 80 % Prensal Blanc, 20 % Chardonnay
Rosé Wines:
Der Mallorquiner Bici Rosat: Cabernet Sauvignon, Callet and Tempranillo
Der Mallorquiner Bici Rosat – „Your Everyday Companion“
The Bici Rosat shows a beautiful salmon-pink color in the glass. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas reminiscent of strawberries, red currants, and raspberries. On the palate, the wine opens with a lively, balanced body and finishes with a berry-fruit aftertaste. This cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, Callet, and Tempranillo makes it a fresh, easy-drinking rosé, perfect for everyday enjoyment.
Der Mallorquiner Bici Blanc – „Mallorcan Elegance“
This unique white wine displays a bright yellow color with delicate greenish reflections in the glass. On the nose, it delights with fresh aromas of summer blossoms, citrus fruits, Granny Smith apples, and a touch of exotic finesse. On the palate, the wine is crisp and juicy, well-balanced, and marked by vibrant fruit. The cuvée is made from Prensal Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Malvasía, embodying the fresh, Mediterranean elegance of Mallorcan white wines.
