Ron Amazona from Limsa is the flagship of the distillery and a truly unique rum, crafted according to a centuries-old family recipe. It is based on the finest Caribbean sugarcane spirit, enhanced with ripe Mallorcan fruits. In addition to Ron Amazona, Limsa is especially renowned for its Hierbas, a traditional herbal liqueur made from a variety of Mediterranean herbs and plants. With an annual production of 300,000 liters, it is Limsa’s best-selling product.

This exceptional rum liqueur from Mallorca offers a truly versatile experience: enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or as a creative ingredient in cocktails, coffee, tea, or even in baking and cooking. A dash in espresso creates the traditional Mallorcan “Carajillo.”
Produced using traditional methods, Limsa Ron Amazona combines sugarcane alcohol with carefully selected Mallorcan fruits, macerated for 12 months. Cane alcohol and caramel syrup are then added, with partial maceration in oak barrels, giving the rum its unique depth and complexity. Exotic fruits, meticulously processed and harmoniously blended with cane alcohol, create a full-bodied flavor that captures the very soul of Mallorca in every drop.
Limsa Herbes Secas – “The Authentic”
Limsa Herbes Secas from Mallorca is crafted using traditional methods, macerating for several months in a blend of aromatic herbs. Up to 30 different local plants contribute to its unique, authentic flavor. Enhanced with wild herbs, caramel, and natural essences, it results in a full-bodied Hierbas that captures the very essence of Mallorca in every drop.
