Dalt Turó – One Family, One Dream, One Unique Wine
In the picturesque town of Campos in southeastern Mallorca, you’ll find the modern and dynamic winery Dalt Turó. Since its founding in 2014, the winery has represented a new generation of Mallorca wines, combining uniqueness, character, and exclusivity. Dalt Turó is renowned for its careful, 100% organic cultivation and its elegant red, white, and rosé wines, all bottled under the Vi de la Terra Mallorca designation.
Sustainable Viticulture on Mineral-Rich Soils
On a 15-hectare vineyard, the vines grow on mineral-rich sandy soils, cared for organically and tended with meticulous handwork. All cultivation is carried out with precision, and yields are deliberately kept low to produce wines with maximum expression and character. State-of-the-art winery technology enables gentle vinification, resulting in wines that impress with freshness, balance, moderate alcohol levels, and remarkable depth. In the modern winery, approximately 60,000 bottles are produced annually in small, limited batches. The portfolio ranges from fresh white wines to Mediterranean rosés and complex red wines. In addition to the classic line, Dalt Turó also offers special editions that highlight the creativity and high standards of the estate.
Dalt Turó stands for wines with character that capture the essence of Mallorca:
- Sustainably produced wines with distinctive minerality and depth
- Fully organic vineyard management, with grass planted between rows for natural nitrogen supply and sheep contributing to organic soil care
- Use of regional and international grape varieties such as Manto Negro, Callet, Malvasia, Giró Ros, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon
- Red wines aged 6–12 months in French oak barrels
- Deliberate yield reduction and precise selection preserve the typicity of the terroir

-Dalt Turo Acopinyat: Cuvée of 53.3% Malvasia, 46.7% Callet

-Dalt Turo Giro Ros: Cuvee ofGiro Ros 87%, 12,8% Malvasia
-Dalt Turo Malvasia: 100% Malvasia

Acopinyat 2024 – „The Island Greeting“
The Acopinyat 2024 is a bright straw-colored white wine. This cuvée of 53.3% Malvasia and 46.7% Callet offers aromas of white fruits, pear, and melon on the nose. On the palate, it delights with pronounced minerality, reflecting the characteristic terroir of the vineyards. Fresh and balanced, it opens gently in the mouth and develops a long, smooth finish that perfectly expresses the careful work in the vineyard.
Escursach 2022 – „The Summer Soul“
The Escursach 2022 is a bright red, invigorating wine that feels light and irresistibly fresh. This cuvée of 85% Escursac, 14.8% Merlot, and 0.2% Callet offers aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry on the nose. On the palate, the wine is fresh and light, with a balanced acidity that creates a clean, crisp sensation. The finish is long and pleasant, marked by delicate cherry notes that invite continued enjoyment.
