With Canonita, you bring the sunshine of Mallorca straight into your glass. This exclusive liqueur combines the intense aromas of the rare Canoneta orange with carefully selected herbs from the Sóller Valley and the finest Mallorcan white wine. The result is an aperitivo that perfectly blends Mediterranean lightness, bittersweet freshness, and authentic enjoyment.

At its heart is the highly aromatic Canoneta orange, whose peel is removed immediately after harvest and macerated in alcohol. Thanks to a special steam-maceration process—unique in the world of spirits—highly concentrated essences rich in essential oils are created. This essence is complemented by a secret selection of Mallorcan herbs, including organic Artemisia, which adds a delicate herbal note to the liqueur. Finally, all components are blended with a carefully selected local white wine that elegantly carries and enhances the fresh citrus aromas.
