Es Fangar – Exclusive Organic Wines from Mallorca’s Natural Paradise
Between Felanitx and Manacor in the east of Mallorca lies the Es Fangar estate, surrounded by Mediterranean hills, pine forests, and vineyards. The history of the estate dates back to Roman antiquity, and today the winery stands for premium Mallorca wines that combine sustainable agriculture, handcrafted vineyard work, and modern cellar technology.

Sustainable Viticulture and Modern Cellar Technology in Mallorca
With its consistent commitment to sustainability and uncompromising quality standards, the Es Fangar winery is considered one of Mallorca’s innovative wine producers. The estate’s goal is to create wines that capture the island’s landscape, terroir, and climate in every glass.
The vineyards surrounding Felanitx are cultivated organically. Fertilization is carried out using natural compost and horse manure sourced from the estate’s own breeding facilities. Natural ground cover between the vines supports the soil’s nutrient cycle and strengthens the vines. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, often in several passes, ensuring that only perfectly ripened fruit is selected for wine production.
In the cellar, the team also relies on state-of-the-art technology. The Es Fangar Vins Winery, opened in 2016, is one of the most modern wineries on the island. A key element of the winemaking process is the Métode Gravetat (gravity-flow method). Throughout the entire production process, grapes and must are moved exclusively by natural gravity without the use of pumps. This particularly gentle technique preserves the structure of the grapes and results in aromatic, elegant Mallorca wines.
The winery follows a holistic approach that includes:
- organic and sustainable vineyard management
- selective hand harvesting for the highest grape quality
- gentle winemaking using the Métode Gravetat
- aging in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels
- organically produced, vegan, and vegetarian Mallorca wines

Twenty Twelve Blanc – “The Mediterranean One”
Twenty Twelve Blanc is a dry Moscatel white wine from Mallorca, made from Moscatell de Gra Petit and Moscatell d’Alexandria grapes. The grapes come from vineyards influenced by fresh sea breezes, which give the wine its remarkable freshness. In the glass, this white wine displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, floral notes, fresh apricot, and a hint of orange marmalade unfold elegantly, reflecting the characteristic aromatics of the Moscatel grape. On the palate, the wine reveals harmonious volume, lively acidity, and delicate minerality, giving it freshness, versatility, and a pleasant finish. An aromatic white wine from Mallorca that pairs perfectly with seafood, paella, or traditional Mallorcan dishes such as Tumbet..
Twenty Twelve Rosat – “The Fresh One”
Twenty Twelve Rosat is an expressive rosé wine from Mallorca made from Syrah (86%) and Manto Negro (14%), captivating with its intense color and aromatic freshness. In the glass, it displays an attractive, vibrant rosé hue. On the nose, aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries unfold, accompanied by delicate notes of watermelon, pomegranate, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the rosé impresses with lively acidity, a structured texture, and elegant intensity, making it particularly versatile in gastronomy. A characterful rosé wine from Mallorca, ideal with Frito Mallorquín, Mediterranean cuisine, or grilled poultry.
