Suau Bodegas y Destilerías de Mallorca
The vermouth from the Suau distillery is made from 90% Airén white wine and 10% Malvasia de Mallorca. It is then infused with Mediterranean herbs and aged for 6 months in Suau brandy casks. The aging in the brandy casks gives the vermouth a unique and very characteristic note of the Bodega Suau.
This unique vermouth was created as a personal project to offer a very special vermouth with a Mallorcan soul.
