Olis Sóller
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, D.O. - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Cooperativa Agricola is an authentic Mallorcan olive oil made from the finest olives. It is currently one of the few Mallorcan olive oils that carries the designation "Denominació d'Origen - Oli de Mallorca (D.O.)". An oil with a maximum acidity of 0.2%. It has a fine, green, fruity taste and a straw-yellow and golden-yellow color. Olis Sóller is particularly suitable for use at the table and for salads, as it is pleasantly aromatic and rich in flavors.
The olives are harvested by hand since the olive trees are not grown in rows but grow wild. This oil, like the oil from the C'an Det family, is available only in limited quantities. After each bottling, the bottles are quickly sold out. Another authentic Mallorcan olive oil.
Extra pure, cold-pressed olive oil with protected designation of origin, produced on the island of Mallorca from the olive varieties Mallorquina, Arbequina, and Picual. Depending on the ripeness of the harvested olives, it is divided into two types: "Frutado" and "Dulce". "Frutado" is made from the early harvest and "Dulce" is made from riper olives and is characterized by its golden-yellow color, sweet taste, and a slightly spicy note.
