Oli Caimari
Intense green olive oil 0.8°, first cold pressing.
This is an olive oil with the typical character of the island, loved in the "Pla" (countryside) and used daily in the "cuina mallorquina" (Mallorcan cuisine). The olive oil is a blend of the Picual, Mallorquina, Arbequina, and Cornicabra olives. The intense green olive oil is robust, piquant, fruity, ripe, very sweet, slightly spicy, and bitter, with notes of dried fruits and other ripe fruits. Its aroma is dominated by green scents.
Gastronomic recommendation: Ideally used for preparing traditional Mallorcan dishes: Pa amb Oli, Trempo salad, roasted bell peppers, vegetable pie, etc. Also suitable for robust-flavored salads and cooking.
Ingredients: Olive oil from Empeltre and Arbequina olives
