Sobrassada from black pig of Mallorca
Paprika spread sausage from the black Mallorcan pig, in natural casing.
The Sobrassada from black pig is and must according to regulations be exclusively made from the black Mallorcan pig in natural casing.
Mallorca is the cradle of this tasty and distinctive Paprika spread sausage from the black Mallorcan pig. This long-legged pig is kept in a sparse rocky and cork oak forest. In the hot, dry summer, the pig reduces its needs to then fatten itself in autumn with acorns, figs and fresh herbs from nature. The Sobrasada de porc negre thereby develops its own unmistakable taste and has an aroma with a clear perception of ground paprika. A delicious sausage as it has been eaten for generations on Mallorca. The Sobrasada de porc negre is made from selected pork from black Mallorcan pigs according to old Mallorcan craftsmanship tradition.
The Sobrasada de cerdo negro de Mallorca from Crisol is shipped in whole pieces, wrapped in typical, very decorative xylofan. Without allergens, without preservatives, without colorings.
