Morcilla - Blood Sausage
This special sausage is made according to a typical Asturias recipe.
Morcilla (blood sausage) with onion is popular throughout Mallorca. It is essential for Spanish cuisine - especially in stews or cocidos, but it is also a delicious appetizer - either grilled and served with a mixed salad, or sliced and served as a side dish with fried eggs.
