Mel Vici - Handcrafted honey from Mallorca
Excellent & exclusive honey delight from Mallorca.
Mel Vici Miel Tardor de Brezo is an aromatic Mallorcan heather honey. In taste, it is an intense and aromatic honey, possessing a golden color and a firm consistency. The appealing scent of heather, collected by the diligent bees on the island, makes this honey a sweet, Mallorcan temptation with bitter-salty notes.
The autumn honey/Tardor is harvested from December. It is a dark honey that crystallizes into a golden hue after about 30 days.
This heather honey is perfect for a sweet breakfast, enhancing desserts and salads. The honey is also a beautiful keepsake to enjoy or the perfect Mallorca gift.
The crystallization of honey is a sign of high quality and purity and can be reliquefied with a lukewarm water bath at max. 40° or on the radiator.
The honey should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place.
