Mel Vici - Handcrafted honey from Mallorca
Excellent & exclusive honey enjoyment from Mallorca.
Mel Vici Miel Tardor de Algarrobo is an aromatic Mallorcan carob honey. In taste, it is an intense and aromatic honey with a golden color and a firm consistency. The appealing scent of carob, collected by the diligent bees on the island, makes this honey a sweet, intense, aromatic Mallorcan temptation.
The autumn honey/Tardor is harvested from the month of December. It is a dark honey that crystallizes into a golden hue after about 30 days.
This carob honey is excellent for a sweet breakfast, refining desserts, and salads. The honey is also a beautiful souvenir to enjoy or the perfect Mallorca gift.
The crystallization of honey is a sign of the high quality and purity of the honey and can be re-liquefied with a warm water bath at a maximum of 40° or on the radiator.
The honey must be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Mel Vici is a hand-crafted honey from Mallorca. The entire cycle is carried out in an artisanal way, from the collection of the honey from the field through extraction, packaging, and labeling. Mel Vici not only dedicates itself to honey production but also to reproducing queen bees and establishing new colonies for commercialization. Mel Vici stands for premium honey, which is 100% sourced from local bees on Mallorca.
