Mel Vici - Craftsman-made honey from Mallorca
Excellent & exclusive honey enjoyment from Mallorca.
Mel Vici Miel Primavera de Mil Flors is an aromatic Mallorcan blossom honey. The taste is a sweet honey, has a yellow-golden color and a slightly flowing consistency. The appealing scent of a thousand flowers collected by the diligent bees on the island makes this honey a sugar-sweet Mallorcan temptation.
The spring honey/Primavera is harvested from May. The first bottled honeys are lighter and have a very floral taste. From time to time the honey becomes a little darker. The darker honeys have more roasted notes and are typical for collected honeydew. Depending on the collected flowers, the honey also gets different shades of color.
This blossom honey is ideal for a sweet breakfast, for refining desserts and salads. The honey is also a very nice souvenir to enjoy or the perfect Mallorca gift.
The crystallization of honey is a sign of the high quality and purity of the honey and can be liquefied again with a lukewarm water bath at max. 40° or on the heater.
Mel Vici is a craftsman-made honey from Mallorca. The entire cycle is carried out in an artisanal way, from collecting the honey from the field to extraction, packaging, and labeling. Mel Vici is dedicated not only to honey production but also to reproducing queen bees and establishing new bee colonies for marketing. Mel Vici stands for first-class honey, which comes 100% from domestic bees from Mallorca.
