The fine-grained sea salt is a salt best used as a final touch on food (salad, grilled meat and fish, roasted vegetables). It is the Mediterranean counterpart to Maldon salt. The sea salt from Mallorca is sun-dried naturally in the Mallorcan sun. Gourmets worldwide appreciate its flavor, determined by calcium and magnesium sulfate content, which are not found in conventional rock salt. Besides its unparalleled taste, it contains a natural balance of minerals and trace elements.
