Salt Shaker Pimenton Tap de Corti
Mallorcan Paprika Spice Organic
Enjoy the culinary treasure of Mallorca! Fiery red and fruity sweet is the native variety Tap de Corti!
Christopher Columbus brought the paprika, originally native to South and Central America, to Europe. Since then, it has made its way into the kitchens of the world, similar to the potato. Mallorca provides optimal conditions for growing paprika. For this reason, you can see many paprika garlands in the summer decorating the facades of houses to dry.
Mallorcan Pimienton from Crespi is characterized by its red color, aroma, and its unique mild and sweet taste.
Paprika Tap de Corti is the result of ground red paprika of the Tap de Corti variety, which is grown and processed in Mallorca and is responsible for the color, aroma, and taste of various Mallorcan dishes as well as sausage production.
Ingredients: sweet, dried, crushed paprika peppers of the Tap de Corti variety (Capsicum Annum), red color powder, Vitamins C and E
