Over 20 herbs and plants give the Herbs of Destilerías Vidal Catany its unique taste. The typical and naturally occurring color of Vidal Herbs is also a secret and exclusive know-how of the family. Through a complex production process with a few months of barrique aging and additional fermentation in the bottle, the Semi Herbs is characterized by enormous aromatic richness, brought about by the wild-growing Mallorcan herbs. The spicy scent of herbs and its mild taste distinguishes the Semi Herbs with its medium sweetness, relatively high alcohol content, and a strong herbal taste. With its flavorful 40° vol., this herbal liqueur is a masterpiece of Destilerías Vidal Catany.

The pale green Herbs Dry of Destilerías Vidal Catany is an herbal liqueur, still produced by the Vidal family today according to a secret recipe. Even today, the recipes and production process remain two of the best-kept secrets.
