Production: The grape harvest takes place in September. After table selection, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Nose: A very aromatic wine with primary fruity aromas such as strawberries, red fruits, and blackberries, along with floral notes like roses and almond blossoms. It has secondary milky aromas (yeast). All of this is accompanied by a pronounced minerality generated by the terroir and a salinity due to the proximity of the vineyards to the sea.

Palate: On the palate, it is a balanced and structured wine with a lot of freshness. It has a long and persistent finish with a retronasal sensation where you can perceive ripe strawberries, raspberries, and a mineral and salty tone.
Allergen information: contains sulfites
