Bodegas Vi Rei Mallorca
D.O. Pla i Llevant
Vi Rei, Select Rosé, 0.75-liter Bottle
Vintage: 2022
Grape Varieties: Manto-Negro, Callet, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcohol Content: 14 % vol.
Production: The grapes are manually harvested in September and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Nose: Very aromatic wine with a hint of red fruits, such as strawberries, gooseberries, and cherries, with also a trace of peach and apricot.
Color: Shiny and clean salmon color
Palate: A very fresh wine with well-integrated acidity and a finish of stone fruits (peach, apricot, Paraguay) with a characteristic mineral touch from our vineyards due to the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea.
Pairs especially well with light dishes with a Mediterranean flair, such as salads, vegetables, marinated fish, as well as fish and vegetable pies. Serving temperature: 8-10°C
The excellent location of the vineyards near the sea, combined with the autochthonous grape variety Manto Negro and Callet and the international grape variety Chardonnay, gives this wine a unique character and taste.
