The MallorcaWine Guide will be published for the fifth time in July 2016. Over 200 pages, it delivers concentrated knowledge about the island's wine scene. More than 50 bodegas are presented, and over 200 wines are discussed. Wines with soul: Some special varieties are also dedicated to in-depth profiles. Those wishing to embark on a discovery tour locally receive detailed directions to the bodegas through the cultivation areas of Binissalem, Pla i Llevant, and Sierra de Tramuntana. In “100% Mallorca,” besides wine, the guide also presents numerous other culinary delights of the island. The publisher is Georg Weimert, 'Der Mallorquiner', who operates the eponymous online specialty trade for wines and delicacies from Mallorca. The wine guide is available in well-stocked newsagents, at German train stations, airports, and in Mallorca.
