Bellota Shoulder Ham 100% Iberico - Finest Iberico Ham from Spain (pork shoulder)
Esteemed by many gourmet experts as the best and most noble ham in the world. The unique feeding of the black pig with acorns (bellotas), along with a maturation period of up to 3 years, gives the Bellota ham its uniquely marbled appearance and its unmistakable aroma with a fine, nutty flavor. Iberico ham is rightly considered one of the most exquisite and expensive delicacies in the world. A thinly sliced Iberico ham requires no further ingredient.
Traditional air drying and curing, at least 24 months, hand cut.
A typical Spanish taste experience that is particularly suitable for all tapas, on toasted bread or simply pure.
We recommend opening the ham 30 minutes before consumption.
