Tunnel, Anis Extra Dry
Anis liqueur, 50% vol.
This anis liqueur is an extra dry anise schnapps, artisanally produced in copper stills. The precise soaking of various anise spices, especially Anis Pimpinella Anisum and star anise, is crucial as they are the main ingredients in the fine extraction of herbs. The mixture is then distilled in a water bath. The flavored alcohol vapor is then channeled through a copper pipe and eventually condensed. The result is a clean, shiny distillate with strong aromas and a good body.
Anis liqueur with 50° alcohol content from two types of anise (anise seeds and star anise) to maximize the aroma. Twice distilled to 100% in copper stills. 100% Mallorcan, like the Ca de Bou, the native dog breed of Mallorca. It is perfect neat, on ice, with coffee in the style "reventat" or as a refreshing aperitif with 2 parts Ca de Bou and 10 parts water. Add ice, done.
