Tianna Negre
Tianna Negre BOCCHORIS Magnum, Red Wine 2020, 1.5-liter Bottle
Vintage: 2020
Grape Varieties: Manto Negro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and Callet
Alcohol Content: 14% vol.
Barrel Aging: 10 months in new French oak barrels
Vinification: After destemming, pre-fermentative maceration begins, lasting about 5 days. This is a controlled fermentation, with daily pump-overs of the must, and from the midpoint of fermentation, the 'Délestage' technique is used. Once fermentation is completed, post-fermentative maceration follows, which lasts about 15 days.
Taste and Color: Intense red, with a deep robe. This wine exhibits a well-rounded aroma with a floral touch of violets, black fruits, and balsamic notes, attributed to the young barrel where the wine was aged. On the palate, this wine shows good tannin structure, a full body, and the perfect balance between acidity and alcohol. The long finish is reminiscent of liquor and dark chocolate.
Tianna Bocchoris serves as the link between Tianna and the Ses Nines wines. This wine inherits the character of its big brother Tianna Negre while at the same time presenting the lightness on the palate of wines with less
