Mallorcan Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Arbequina" with Designation of Origin and Quality Certification Oli de Mallorca

Moix Olive Oil - Arbequina is exclusively made from the Arbequina olive variety, offering a very fruity flavor with nuances of green fruit and freshly cut grass.
The olive oil is of "superior obtingut" category and is cold-pressed through a mechanical process. Silky with aromas of various sweet ripe fruits with subtle and delicate herbal and floral scents complete the taste. Slightly spicy.

The cultivation of olives and the production of olive oil are agricultural activities deeply rooted in Majorca since ancient times. They create a unique landscape in the world of Serra de Tramuntana. Over centuries, nature has turned the olive trees into genuine works of art - as if painted by human hands. The old olive groves, consisting of thousands of centennial olive trees, are a natural monument that bears witness to the efforts and endeavors of our ancestors to produce a product as valued today as extra virgin olive oil. The use of genuine Mallorcan oil contributes to the preservation of this beautiful natural and cultural heritage. Oli Moix wishes to be more than just the link in the invisible chain that connects us through centuries with an ancient culture, it produces the liquid gold, a gift from the gods, now available to everyone.
