Grape Varieties: Manto-Negro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Callet and Syrah
Alcohol Content: 13% vol.
Barrel Aging: 12 months in American and French oak barrels
Production: Selected grapes from the best vineyards of D.O. Binissalem. Cooling of the grapes to about 2 degrees. Pre-fermentative maceration to extract aromatic components and subsequent fermentation at about 27 degrees. After completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to American and French oak barrels.

Nose: Aromas of wild berries and roasted notes. Hints of cocoa and dried fruits

Color: Deep red with violet reflections. Intense tears

Palate: Balanced and fresh. Intense development in the mouth of fruity and balsamic notes. Well-structured, lively, meaty, with spicy sensations, roasted notes and a hint of licorice. Ideal with meat, cheese, and fish.

The line José Luis Ferrer, which gives its name to the winery, has been produced since the winery's founding in 1931, and is thus the most traditional, recalling the past and roots.
