Can Vidalet U37 - Mojito Mallorquín
Can Vidalet U37, Mojito Mallorquín, 37% vol.
The base alcohol is a pomace brandy from red grapes, macerated with fresh herbs (green mint and lemongrass), as well as citrus fruits. Only the heart of the distillation is used for this product. To impart its coolness and freshness, fresh mint and lemongrass along with a secret ingredient from the master distiller are added to the distillate for a few hours. The dilution to 37 ° alcohol is achieved by adding Bezoya mineral water.
The nose is dominated by fine aromas of fresh herbs, perfectly paired with a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is elegant, pure, and dry with a sweet and pleasant finish. Best served chilled as a digestif or as a base for cocktails.
