Bodega AVA Vi – Exclusive Wines from the Heart of Mallorca
Nestled in the charming village of Biniali, close to the renowned Binissalem wine region, lies Bodega AVA Vi. Since its founding in 2008, the winery has been dedicated to crafting high-quality, authentic wines, produced in small batches with meticulous attention to detail. On approximately seven hectares of vineyards, distinctive red, white, and rosé wines are created, all labeled under the Vi de la Terra Mallorca designation. The vineyards are cultivated organically, with a strong focus on handcraft and quality. The team combines traditional local grape varieties such as Manto Negro, Prensal Blanc, Giro Ros, and Malvasía with international classics like Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in expressive and unique wines.
