Bodega Miquel Oliver – Mallorcan Wine Tradition Meets Modern Winemaking

Bodega Miquel Oliver produces a refined range of red, white, and Mediterranean rosé wines, all released under the protected designation of origin DOP Pla i Llevant. Thanks to state-of-the-art cellar technology, the wines are vinified with precision, offering balanced harmony, fresh aromas, moderate alcohol levels, and impressive depth. Approximately 150,000 bottles are produced each year in carefully limited batches, with each wine reflecting the region’s terroir and bearing the personal touch of winemaker Pilar Oliver and Jaume Olivella.

Bodega Miquel Oliver – Sustainable Winemaking and Authentic Flavors from Mallorca

The winery focuses on sustainable cultivation and creative production methods: complete avoidance of herbicides and pesticides, use of bioclimatic principles in the cellar, and aging the wines in over 400 barrique barrels to give red and white wines maximum depth. Both native varieties such as Prensal Blanc, Callet, and Manto-Negro, as well as international grapes like Merlot, are used.

Miquel Oliver’s wines are distinguished by their individuality, high quality, and the expressive character of Mallorca’s terroir, offering wine lovers an authentic tasting experience that captures the essence of Mallorca in every bottle.
