Thanks to the intentionally small and carefully managed production, some wines are produced in limited quantities of only a few hundred bottles. It is precisely this exclusivity, combined with exceptional quality and distinctive character, that has made these wines a regular feature in many renowned Michelin-starred restaurants across Mallorca.
