Tianna Negre "TN5.-2" Orange Wine - The Sommelier Collection, Vino Blanco 2020, 0.75-l-Bottle
Vintage: 2020
Grape Varieties: 100% Giró Ros
Alcohol Content: 14.5 % vol.
Barrel Aging: 15 days in French 500-liter oak barrels, followed by 6 months in new selected French 250-liter oak barrels
Orange Wine: Macerated White Wine
Nose: Rather restrained, a bit of pepper, a bit of herbs, some yeast, ripe pear
Color: Tending towards an orangey gold-yellow hue
Taste: Pronounced juiciness and wonderful creaminess combined with a hint of tannin, so clear and clean and at the same time so exciting; no off-flavors, but absolute bell-like clarity and freshness. Magnificent, difficult to describe, should be experienced.
Production: 600 bottles of 0.75 liters, each individual bottle of "The Sommelier Collection" is hand-signed by the oenologist of the winery Patrick Paulen. A very special concept, without filtration or clarification.
Allergen Notice: contains sulfites
