This experience invites you to discover a very special family project that has been built with great passion, patience, and a genuine connection to the island since 2007, and is still run with dedication and care today. During a guided olive mill tour, you will discover an authentic estate with around 3,000 olive trees, nestled in the island’s typical landscape. Together, you will explore the olive groves and the finca while learning more about the history of this special place and the development of the family project. At the heart of the experience is the cultivation of the Arbequina olive, from which an award-winning olive oil is produced, certified with the designation of origin “D.O. Oli de Mallorca.” Step by step, you will learn how high-quality olive oil is produced and the importance of quality and craftsmanship throughout every stage of the process. This experience combines family passion, agricultural tradition, and outstanding quality, offering an in-depth insight into the world of Mallorcan olive oil.
Option 1: Olive Grove, Olive Mill & Winery Experience
Look forward to your arrival and a warm welcome at the finca, including an exciting introduction to the project and the philosophy behind it. During a subsequent walk through the olive grove, you will gain interesting insights into agricultural practices and the sustainable cultivation of olive trees. You will then visit the olive mill, the winery, and the packaging facility, discovering step by step how an olive becomes a high-quality product. A detailed explanation of the individual production processes will provide fascinating background information about the entire production journey. Afterwards, you will be introduced to olive oil tasting and immerse yourself in the world of premium olive oils, learning how to distinguish between different varieties and quality characteristics. The experience concludes with a fine snack featuring selected local products in a relaxed atmosphere.

Upon arrival at the finca, you will receive a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the project and the philosophy behind it. This is followed by a walk through the olive grove, where you will learn more about olive cultivation and the agricultural practices carried out on-site. You will then visit the olive mill, the winery, and the packaging facility, following the products’ journey step by step—from the processing of the raw materials to the finished product. During this visit, you will gain a comprehensive insight into all relevant production processes. To conclude this part of the experience, you will be introduced to olive oil tasting. You will learn how to identify and distinguish different olive oil varieties, quality levels, and flavor profiles. Particular emphasis is placed on recognizing the characteristics of a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
