Kombutxa K'Bios natural refreshment drink from Mallorca
K-Bios Kombutxa is a 100% natural, fermented drink made from green or black tea, Kombucha culture, water, and cane sugar, which is almost completely consumed during the fermentation process. It contains no gluten and is rich in vitamin B. Thanks to the Scoby mushroom, fermentation occurs, producing a symbiotic beverage that generates a variety of bacteria and yeasts. This drink was already appreciated in the Chinese Tsin dynasty in 221 AD.
