This salt is harvested using traditional harvesting methods originating from the French Atlantic coast. The salt thus harvested is 100% natural and enters the market directly after harvest without any chemical additives.

Flor de Sal is valued as a sea salt of the highest quality and is indispensable for professional chefs. It is natural. It is neither chemically cleaned nor does it contain preservatives or whiteners. It is coarser grained than commercial salts and therefore contains more potassium, magnesium, calcium, and trace elements. Apart from its incomparable taste, it contains a natural balance of minerals and trace elements.
