Cooperativa Agrícola de Sóller
Pasta d´Oliva - Olive Tapenade 100g Jar
Pâté from Mallorcan olives
The sun from Sóller in a jar!
This delightful olive paste is made exclusively from the pulp of the Mallorcan Trencada olive. The olives come from ancient olive trees in the Tramuntana mountains, are pitted, ground, and canned without preservatives. The paste is refined with olive oil from Sóller, garlic, anchovies, capers, lemon juice, and herbs (pepper, rosemary, oregano, and thyme). The production is very small and handmade, purely artisanal without any additives! Absolutely natural - this is the taste of Mallorca!
Ingredients: Trencada olives, capers, anchovies, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Mediterranean spices, and herbs (pepper, rosemary, thyme, oregano)
