Vintage: 2010 Rare
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Grape varieties: 95% Callet, 5% Manto-Negro and Fogoneu
Barrel aging: 18 months in new fine-grained French oak, medium to light toast

Nose: Pronounced toast aroma, accompanied by hints of violets, tobacco, black cherries, and blackberries

Color: Dark ruby to purple

Palate: Very delicious, with intense color and long finish, it hides enough tannins to develop its potential in the bottle over 8 to 10 years. It will reveal its best properties around 2018 and can be consumed until 2030.

Pruning: Traditional bush training
Precipitation: 350-450mm
Origin: Comes from three small vineyards in the Son Negre area with extreme soil conditions and a high density of fruit tree plantings between the vines. The soils are barren with extreme mineral conditions and little water retention capacity. There are strong sea winds and production amounts to the smallest quantities of half a kilo per vine.
Production: Harvesting in small containers of 10 kg. Handpicking of grapes and fermentation under controlled temperature at 28°C in wooden barrels with a capacity of 3000 liters.
Maceration: Average of 25 days.
