Mortitx, Rodal Pla, 0,75-l-Flasche

Rebsorten: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot und Syrah
Alkoholgehalt: 13 % vol.
Barriqueausbau: 12 Monate in französische Eichenfässern

Nase: Intensive Gewürzaromen von Marmelade, schwarzen Früchten (Kirsche, Brombeere), Pfeffer und Tabakblättern

Farbe: Intensive, dunkelrote Farbe

Gaumen: Rund, ausgewogen und fleischig mit einem angenehm würzigen Abgang. Bei einer Temperatur von 16 -18° C servieren. Passt zu jedem guten Essen, besonders zu Rindfleisch, Lamm und Käse.

Die verwendeten Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und in getrennten Behältnissen vermentiert. Die Mazerationsphase dauert 1 bis 2 Wochen, je nach Rebsorte. Sind beide Fermentationen abgeschlossen, verbleibt der Wein 6 Monate in Fässern französischer Eiche. Abschließend reift der Wein einige Monate in der Flasche, bevor er auf den Markt kommt.
